I've been here for two weeks and something about IJL is really fishy.1) During training (which lasts from day 1 till you make your first sale in typically weeks 2-4) you are ONLY paid the state minimum wage.You are expected to get people to join on the first phone call.You have to get them to put 00 down on a membership in one hour or less.So yeah, it's a revolving door.2) They are not up to date.There is no autodialer, you must manually punch in phone numbers to reach your call quota of 100 dials a day.
